Staff helpful, friendly, and directed breakfast well. Close to train station, convenient for late arrival and early departure. Good pool, lots of relaxing areas. Reasonable prices at cafe. Friendly bar tenders. Spacious rooms, cheap bar. Late check-out offered. Nice swimming pool and sun loungers.

During our Xmas stay, we were kinda surprised by the warm and cute staff at the hotel. They were always available to help and spoke English fluently, made communication easy. The rooms were cleaned daily and we appreciated the attention to detail. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options provided, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides to note. the swimming pool water was very cold, we were unable to use it , despite looking forward to it.

The location was great and convenient for exploring the city. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the staff serving breakfast were friendly and cute. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and I felt relaxed.

They gave us a guest room with a balcony and an air conditioner plus bath. The employees were welcoming and brilliantly helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Gueliz district...

The hotel is very close to the bus station, making it easy to explore this city. it is located in a really nice neighborhood where there's everything you are looking for, including a big shopping center.
