Staff helpful, friendly, and directed breakfast well. Close to train station, convenient for late arrival and early departure. Good pool, lots of relaxing areas. Reasonable prices at cafe. Friendly bar tenders. Spacious rooms, cheap bar. Late check-out offered. Nice swimming pool and sun loungers.

During our Xmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel. They were always available to help and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. the rooms were cleaned daily and we appreciated the attention to detail. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options provided, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes.
Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides to note.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with convenient transportation options nearby. The hotel is very close to the bus station, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, it is located in a really nice neighborhood where there's everything you are looking for, including a big shopping center. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, accommodating our late arrival with no problem.
